SWO-India Manpower Policy works on three tier system of SELF HELP Groups, Volunteer Groups and Active Work force.  We believe in the philosophy of ‘Every man an emperor’. Everybody who has been part of the Central Government uniformed services and can bring expertise in line with the aims and objectives of the organization can join us.

How Does SWO-INDIA help?

SELP HELP GROUPS (SHG)

These groups are formed where SWO INDIA has reasonable belief that the number of beneficiaries of our projects and welfare scheme are sufficient. SHG help in dissemination of our schemes and liaise between the community and the organization. There are 223 locations planned for SHG

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are chosen from SHG as they have proven expertise in any one chosen field that falls within the aims/objectives of the organization.

ACTIVE  WORK FORCE

SWO INDIA  has 01 Central Organization which is manned by active work force in three basic categories:

1. Technical manpower (conversant with civil/electrical works)
2. Administrative  Manpower
3. Marketing and Sales

REMUNERATIONS
