Educational Institute like School, Vocational College or an Institute for Higher Education.
Training Institute on the pattern of ITIs, Security Training Centre.
Sports Club with swimming pool, tennis/squash/badminton/volleyball/basketball courts for day and night use.
Multipurpose Utility City Centre
Offices and Commercial Centre for upcoming town/city
Title and Ownership
Land owners with clear title (single/joint) with feasibility for CLU (Change of Land Use) issued from the regional land controlling authorities.
Land owners are invited to suggest locations irrespective of whether their land falls in the Location Demand Survey list or not.
