How to Apply
Direct Registration for Schemes. All applicants are required to apply on the application form made available on the website.
Basic Cost: Basic cost of the Residential Unit will include Cost of Society Membership Fee + Cost of Land + Cost of Development + Cost of all mandatory taxes to be paid to the govt + Cost for provision of essential amenities and facilities and other misc charges,if any.
Processing/Administrative Charges: These charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Documents: Documents as stated on the Application Form are required to be attached along with the application form. Undertaking (affidavit) by the applicant on rupees 10/- stamp paper duly attested by Notary or CO/OC of the applicant is mandatory to be attached with the application form.
Mode of Payment: All payments to be made through Demand Draft in favour of Sainik Welfare Organization -India payable at New Delhi. No cash payment/ cheques will be accepted.
